To start, wash the zucchini and cut in half. Remove the pulp with a spoon, set aside.
Place zucchini on a baking sheet. Lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt a little.
Place the zucchini pan in the oven heated to 175 degrees and hold for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the zucchini pulp. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, put onions and zucchini, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir frying for about 10 minutes. Then add the vegetable mixture to the pan and fry for about 10 minutes.
Cook rice in vegetable broth. Mix in a pan with rice and grated cheese (half). You can also add a little soy sauce.
Stuff the zucchini with the mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese and seeds on top. Bake at the same temperature for about 30 minutes.
