Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.
Salt the zucchini a little, mix and leave for 15 minutes so that the zucchini allows juice. Then squeeze out all the juice.

Arrange the dough into molds, fill them in 2/3 as during the baking process the muffins will increase in size.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the tins. Leave the finished muffins in a hot oven for another 10 minutes before removing from the molds.
