Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Young zucchini with a thin skin can not be cleaned, but it must be removed from old zucchini.
Place a colander on a bowl, fold the zucchini into it, sprinkle with salt, mix and leave for about 10 minutes.
Heat in a pan 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry chopped onions until transparent. Beat eggs and sour cream in a bowl with a mixer. Add the grated cheese on a fine grater to the cream and egg mixture and mix everything well.
Squash carefully with your hands and shift them into a bowl. Add to them the fried onions, sour cream and cheese mixture, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix. Lubricate the baking dish with the remaining vegetable oil, put the prepared mixture into it, and smooth.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. until golden brown.
