Boil rice and mix with minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Cut vegetable marrows into thin slices, season with salt and put in a greased baking dish so that the edges hang slightly.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion in half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Put half the minced meat on the zucchini.
Then a layer of mushrooms and stuffing again. Put chopped tomatoes on top. Mix mayonnaise with chopped dill and chopped garlic.
Lubricate the tomatoes with mayonnaise, then cover with a zucchini and also a little grease on top. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish with greens before serving.
