Slice bell peppers, bitter and garlic through a meat grinder.
Grind zucchini 2 times.
Grate apples and carrots.
Mix everything, add vegetable oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, chopped herbs and cook for about 1.5-2 hours.
Place zucchini adjika in sterile jars and roll up. Turn the cans over the lids and cover with a blanket until they cool completely. You should get 12 half liter cans.
Zucchini adjika is ready.
