Add kefir to salt, sugar and baking powder. Mix well.
Beat in the egg and pour in the oil, mix again.
Pour in boiling water and mix quickly. Pour in flour gradually.
Mix well until smooth. The dough will be quite liquid.
Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and bake 15 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
