Separate the grapes from the front, freeze half.
Cleanse the melon from the seeds and make balls into the ice cream spoon.
Scald lemon with boiling water and cut into circles.
Put the grapes and melon in a jug and add mint, lemon and half the wine. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Before serving, add the rest of the wine and mineral water, mix. Put frozen grapes in glasses and pour in a drink.
