Cut one apple in half, cut the core, and then cut into slices that are not very thin so that they do not break. Fry in a pan with 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
Cut the liver into small pieces, roll in flour and fry on all sides for about 15 minutes, season to taste.
Pepper and prune cut into cubes, onions in half rings. Add to the liver and cook for 5 minutes.
Peel the second apple from the skin and cut into cubes and add to the liver, fry for 3 minutes.
Put the plates of apples on a plate in the shape of a plate using a mold, wrap in a circle with green onions.
Put a warm salad with chicken liver in apple shape and garnish with green onions. Serve warm.
