We extinguish soda with vinegar, mix the egg with sugar and combine with kefir. Add melted margarine and sunflower oil.

Roll out the dough thinly, its mode to rhombuses. Inside, we make an incision through which we extend one end of the dough. In appearance, the verguns resemble brushwood.
In a pan with a thick bottom, pour the sunflower oil and heat it so that it crackles slightly. Then we spread the verguns not tightly and constantly turn them over until ready. Ready yogurt kefir can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
