Peel the sweet potato; remove the seeds from the pepper. Dice yam, pepper, onion and garlic into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for several minutes, then add the remaining vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the vegetables to a saucepan, pour the broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, and add lime juice, season with pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.
When the vegetables are ready, add the peanut butter, mix and remove from heat. Blend in a puree condition.
Return the soup to the fire and warm for several minutes, serve sprinkled with herbs or decorate to your liking.
