Grate the onion on a grater for carrots in Korean or on a regular one, chop the onion coarsely, pepper into strips. Fry in vegetable oil until soft, right in the cauldron. Then add diced potatoes and fry a little more, you can add quite a bit of water so that the vegetables do not burn.
Cut the zucchini into slices, chop the cabbage, add everything to the cauldron along with the frozen peas. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
