Chop the cabbage and remember with your hands a little.
Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater. At pepper remove seed core and white veins, cut into strips.
Grind parsley leaves and add to the salad. For dressing, mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour salad dressing and mix.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving.
Vegetable salad with red cabbage, carrots and peppers is not only very bright, tasty and juicy, but also very useful.
