Knock off a piece of veal with a hammer, salt, pepper and put ham and whole boiled eggs in the middle of the piece.
Roll the meat and dress it with a thread along the entire length.
Rub the roll with the garlic passed through the press and fry until golden brown in butter.
Then, without removing the roll from the pan, add a little water or broth and put the roll in the pan in the oven.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished roll with chopped dill.
