1. Turkey 1 kg
2. Butter 200 gram
3. Bulb onions 200 gram
4. Carrot 100 gram
5. Flour 100 gram
6. Sour cream 15% 300 gram
7. Black pepper taste
8. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Turkey with gravy

1 . Stage

Cut the turkey into pieces, salt, pepper and fry in butter until golden brown.

2 . Stage

Put the meat in a saucepan, fill with water to completely cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

3 . Stage
