Pass the turkey meat, lard and onions through a meat grinder.
Add the egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste, mix everything well and beat off a little with your hands.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Form the meatballs with minced hands with wet hands and fry them on both sides until they are rosy in high heat for about 3 minutes.
Then transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with any garnish.
