Pass the turkey meat and liver through a meat grinder. Grind the spices in a mortar, pass the garlic through a press. Mix everything well, pour in the wine and mix well again.
Place the prepared meat in a rectangular baking dish, cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the finished terrine, chop and serve.
