Sprinkle tuna steaks with lemon juice and salt, just a few pinches of salt will suffice.
Then pour the fish with olive oil and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the steaks to the other side.
Heat a grill pan or just a grill well and fry steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove the prepared steaks from the heat, put on a plate and cover with a lid or foil for a few minutes before serving.
The tuna steak turns out to be very tender and juicy, in the context it has a beautiful pink color, but if you like more and more fried then keep the fish on the fire a little longer than the specified time. This steak is perfect for vegetables, salads and any side dishes. For cooking, use chilled steaks or frozen ones you just need to pre-thaw at room temperature. Serve warm or cold will be equally delicious.
