Dice the onion in half rings, meat and pumpkin into cubes. Grind chili pepper and prunes.
Fry the meat in butter until golden brown, then add the onion and fry until brown. Transfer the meat from the onions to a saucepan, pour water, salt to taste and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
While stewing meat, fry the pumpkin in a pan where the meat was fried.
Transfer the pumpkin to the meat, add the garlic passed through the press, prunes, add all the spices and, if necessary, salt. Stew under the lid for 15 minutes.
At the very end, add honey, mix and warm for a minute. Serve with fresh vegetables. Bon Appetit!!!
