Ingredients for - Tsimes with pumpkin and prunes

1. Pumpkin 500 gram
2. Prunes 100 gram
3. Beef 300 gram
4. Bulb onions 1 PC.
5. Garlic 1 clove
6. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
7. Honey 1 tbsp
8. Water 1 Art.
9. Ground cinnamon 1/2 Tsp
10. Chilli 1 PC.
11. Coriander taste
12. Ground pepper taste
13. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Tsimes with pumpkin and prunes

1 . Stage

Dice the onion in half rings, meat and pumpkin into cubes. Grind chili pepper and prunes.

2 . Stage

Fry the meat in butter until golden brown, then add the onion and fry until brown. Transfer the meat from the onions to a saucepan, pour water, salt to taste and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

3 . Stage

While stewing meat, fry the pumpkin in a pan where the meat was fried.

4 . Stage

Transfer the pumpkin to the meat, add the garlic passed through the press, prunes, add all the spices and, if necessary, salt. Stew under the lid for 15 minutes.

5 . Stage
