How to cook deliciously - Trout with sweet pepper sauce
1 . Stage
Salt and pepper the trout, sprinkle it with lemon juice. you can sprinkle it with fish herb (like thyme) Cover it and leave it for 10-15 minutes (but you can do it longer, just remember to cover it and put it in the fridge)
2 . Stage
Dice the pumpkin. ( I used a food processor and a dicer attachment)
3 . Stage
Peel the garlic, finely chop, add to the pumpkin along with the basil and oil. And simmer under a lid for about 10 minutes.
4 . Stage
Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut into chunks. Add finely chopped garlic, a couple of teaspoons of water. Simmer in a saucepan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
5 . Stage
Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Let cool slightly.
6 . Stage
Add the dill sprigs and chop everything with a blender. ( I used a food processor and a bowl with knives)
7 . Stage
Pour back into the saucepan, add the cornstarch, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring with a whisk for 3-4 minutes. Remove and cover with a lid.
8 . Stage
Fry the fish on both sides for 2-3 minutes or bake it in the oven. Meanwhile and pumpkin garnish will be ready. Bon appetit.
