Pour the tomatoes over boiling water and peel. Cut into circles.
Make batter cheese mix with eggs, mayonnaise and flour, season to taste and mix well.
Dip the tomatoes in a batter, put a spoon in a frying pan, heated with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Put tomatoes in cheese batter on a paper towel. Garnish with greens before serving.
