Cut the onion in half rings, garlic, pass through the press. Fry onions in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes, then add garlic and water. Cover and keep on fire for 10 minutes.
Grind the tomatoes and wipe them through moist to remove seeds and peel. Pour tomato into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add onion. Cook for 40 minutes, then add all the spices and boil for a few more minutes.
Pour hot tomato sauce into sterile jars, cover and sterilize for half an hour in a pan filled with water. After roll up, turn the lid down and cover with a blanket.
Tomato sauce is ready.
