I made the dough in the bread machine. If you make it by hand, you must first make the sourdough: combine the yeast with sugar, add 3 tbsp. of flour from the total amount and half of the water. Under a towel for 20 minutes in a warm place. Then add vegetable oil, the remaining water, salt, spices and flour, sifted and mixed with powdered milk. Knead the dough. Again under a towel and in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise twice.
2 . Stage
We divide the dough into two parts. In one part I added tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes. Knead well until homogeneous. I entrusted this process to the bread maker.

First, roll out the white part of the dough into a layer.

Also roll out the red dough and place it on top of the white dough.

Roll up into a roll and cut into pieces.

Place in a baking dish (I have a brick bread dish), greased with vegetable oil. I put one part of the roll vertically on the bottom and two horizontally on top.

Place in a warm place to rise for 25 minutes. I put it in an oven heated to 50 degrees and turned off. My dough rose a lot.
9 . Stage
So I carefully trimmed the top of the bread, smeared it with vegetable oil and sprinkled it with sesame seeds.
10 . Stage
The cut off the top makes a crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes. Take the bread out of the mold, put it on its side on a clean towel and wrap it until it cools completely.

The resulting bread is very tasty and beautiful in the cut.
