1 . Stage
Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them into strollers. Place on a platter to serve. Wash and dry the cilantro, chop and place 1/2 on top of the tomatoes.

In a mortar, pound the garlic, walnuts and Adygea mixture. If you do not have one, choose a spice with a similar composition.
3 . Stage
Season the tomatoes with the mixture, place the remaining cilantro. Season with olive oil.
4 . Stage
Serve with khachapuri Gurian-style.
