Add sour cream to the curd, whisk with a blender until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla to the curd, whisk again.
Dip cookies in coffee and transfer to the form in which you will collect the dessert. Top the cookies with the curd. Repeat all layers. You can see the cookie recipe on our website.
Sprinkle cocoa on top and refrigerate for 2 hours, and best of all at night. You can sprinkle cocoa just before serving so that it does not get wet and does not become dark. Bon Appetit!!!
