1 . Stage
Shred the savoyardi, preferably with a blender, large pieces are not desirable (I suppose you can safely replace the savoyardi with any porous and not very fatty cookies or even biscuits).

Boil the natural ground roasted coffee according to your favorite recipe. Strain, measure out 5 spoonfuls and add a spoonful of sugar, stir

The cream cheese should be at room temperature.

Add the cheese, coffee, cognac to the ground cookies and knead very well (preferably with your hands). The mixture will be moist and soft in texture.

Form cakes and cover with cocoa. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Very tasty with champagne.
