Peel the potatoes and chop them rather coarsely, mix them with oil, salt and rosemary, lay them on the baking sheet so that you could put the rabbit on top and that it would not touch the baking sheet.
Lay the bacon on a long plate or tray that sells rabbits.
Wrap the legs of the rabbit with bacon and lay the back on a plate with bacon laid out.
Wrap the rabbit with the edges of the bacon.
Put the rabbit on the potato belly down.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour, then mix the potatoes without touching the rabbit and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the door open for 30 minutes.
