1. A hen 1 kg
2. Soy sauce 125 Ml
3. Apple vinegar 4 tbsp
4. Ground pepper 1 Tsp
5. Brown sugar 150 gram
6. Potato starch 2 Tsp
7. Garlic 4 clove
8. Ginger root 8 Cm.

How to cook deliciously - Teriyaki Chicken

1 . Stage

In a small saucepan, mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, starch diluted in 50 ml. cold water, grated ginger and garlic.

2 . Stage

While stirring, bring to a boil, the sauce should thicken. Grease a baking sheet with butter.

3 . Stage

Put the chicken. Pour the sauce thoroughly and send it all to the preheated oven (220 degrees) for 30 minutes.

4 . Stage

Stir every 5 minutes so that the chicken is well soaked in the sauce.
