We cut the onion into thin half rings.
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into strips.
We cut the meat into cubes. We also carefully remove seeds from hot pepper and chop finely. Pass the garlic through the press.
From a can of beans, drain the water and rinse it. Add onions, beef, peppers, garlic, chopped cilantro, fried and finely chopped walnuts. Add salt and spices to taste.
Mix olive oil with vinegar and season Tbilisi salad.
