Tangerines need to be peeled, disassembled into slices and remove the film from them, leaving only the pulp. Pour prune without boiling water and leave for 30 minutes. Cut the fillet lengthwise into two halves, lay out the half overlap and beat off well with a hammer.
Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle evenly roll the half finely chopped or crushed nuts. Put the prunes, tangerines on it and sprinkle with nuts again.
