Squeeze the juice from the orange, wash the tangerines well, pour over boiling water and cut into 8 parts.
Fold the tangerines in a slow cooker, add the orange juice, sugar, ginger and mix.
Close the lid and set the quenching mode to 2 hours. You can cook in a saucepan about the same time.
Tangerine jam is ready, put in sterile jars and roll up.
