Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Place scallops, melted butter, garlic, shallots in a bowl. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine. Move everything to the pan.
Combine breadcrumbs and olive oil in a separate bowl. Sprinkle scallops on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 11 to 15 minutes. Serve with parsley and lemon slices on the side.
