1. Rye crackers 3 kg
2. Rye flour 500 gram
3. Live yeast 50 gram
4. Water 15 L

How to cook deliciously - Syrovets

1 . Stage

Place the crackers in a pan, add 2/3 of the flour steamed with boiling water and put in a dark place for a day.

2 . Stage

Dilute the rest of the flour with warm water, add the yeast and put it on the same day.

3 . Stage

Mix everything after tincture and add the rest of the warm water. Cover with gauze and let stand for 3 days.

4 . Stage

Then strain, refrigerate and serve.
