Mix milk with sugar and add vanilla seeds. Vanilla should be carefully cut lengthwise and scrape the seeds with a knife. When the milk boils, pour the washed rice. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
Fry the almonds a little in a dry pan and let cool.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the seeds. Fold the halves in a baking dish. Mix the juice from the orange with honey and pour the resulting peach syrup. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 10-20 minutes.
Remove the risotto from the heat and add yogurt to it, mix well.
Put on plates, put on a slice of peach and sprinkle with almonds. Serve warm.
Sweet risotto with fried peaches is very tasty and quite satisfying, this dish is great for breakfast for the whole family. Peaches can be replaced with apricots, be sure to pour another risotto with peach syrup, before serving you can remove the peach skin. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Almonds can be replaced with any other nuts, as well as seeds or sesame seeds. If the peaches are not sweet enough then add a little more honey so that during baking they absorb all the sweetness.
