Cooking

1 . Stage

Defrost squid meat and pour boiling water, cut a little carcass into strips. Wash mushrooms, cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the carrots and grate on a medium grater.

2 . Stage

Boil the eggs in a steep and cut them in the same way. Cheese grated on a coarse grater. We put everything in a jar, and add the chopped squid, mix well. Slightly add salt, pepper and a teaspoon to the squid. We fix the edge of the squid with a toothpick. On the greased form we lay out the squids. Put in a preheated oven to 180 C for 15 minutes. A few minutes until ready to sprinkle with grated cheese.
