Rinse and dry the prunes with paper towels; the larger and softer the prunes, the easier it will be to stuff it. For cream with a fork, you need to stretch mozzarella, add finely chopped green onions, half olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Fill each prune with cheese mass, insert almonds and wrap in bacon. Chop off the toothpicks.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan, add sprigs of rosemary and fry the stuffed prunes for several minutes on each side or until the bacon is rosy.
