Wash the crayfish well and boil until tender with the addition of sweet pepper, dill and salt. Pepper will remove all unpleasant odors.
Disassemble the crayfish, clean the abdomen, clean 5 tails as well, they will go to the filling, and leave the rest for decoration.
For the filling, grind the cancer tails, crab sticks, cheese, boiled eggs and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Season to taste.
