Rinse the beans and cut into small cubes, pour boiling water so that it becomes soft. Put the beans in a sterile jar.
Add mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar, put the bay leaf on top, before rolling we throw it away.
Pour boiling water over the beans, cover and put the jar in a pot of water, sterilize for 15 minutes after boiling.
Remove the bay leaf from the can and roll it up.
