Pour the gelatin, 10 g onto the strawberry puree with milk, leave for 15 minutes. Put on low heat and heat, stirring occasionally. Milk must not be allowed to boil. When the gelatin dissolves, remove from heat and let cool.
Pour yogurt into a deep bowl, add sugar (3-4 tbsp. Tablespoons), lemon juice. Whip it with a mixer, as long as possible.
Pour milk and gelatin into the resulting mixture in a thin stream, then whisk thoroughly again. Pour the 3rd part of the mixture into a separate container and add cocoa powder there, mix.
Pour this mixture with cocoa into a special form, which is removed, and immerse in the freezer for 12 minutes, then take it out and pour the remaining mixture to the end.
Put in the freezer. Meanwhile, make mashed potatoes from strawberries: mix strawberries with sugar in a blender.
Take 50 g of water, add the remaining gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cool and pour in the strawberry puree. Mix well and pour it into the hardened yogurt mixture with the last layer. Sent to the freezer.
