For a biscuit, beat the egg yolks and whites with sugar in half separately. Mix flour with starch and soda. Mix the yolks with the whites and add the flour.
Cover the baking tray with parchment and grease well with butter. Spread the dough evenly and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Pull the finished biscuit out of the oven, remove the parchment and immediately roll it hot using a clean towel.
For cream, whip the cream with powdered sugar, and cut the strawberries into thin slices. Expand the roll, grease with cream and spread the strawberries.
Roll the roll again, allow time for impregnation and serve.
The roll with strawberries and cream turns out to be very tender, tasty and effective, it is perfect for a festive or just for a family tea party. You can replace strawberries with raspberries, it is not necessary to use fresh berries perfectly and ice creams only need to be thawed in advance and drained all the liquid so that the roll does not leak much. Optionally, decorate the roll with strawberry slices or pour glaze.
