Strawberries can be taken both fresh and frozen. Beat the mashed berries.
Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm water with 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Let stand a little until foam appears.
Mix strawberries in the rest with water and sugar, mix well so that the sugar dissolves. Add yeast and mix again. Pour the liquid into a jar so that it does not get to the brim, put a rubber glove on the neck and leave it in the room for 2 days.
Strain the kvass and pour into a container that tightly closes and refrigerate for 12 hours. Open carefully because kvass is very foaming.
