Soak gelatin in cold water 1/2 tbsp. Leave to swell while cooking the rest of the ingredients.
Strawberries in mashed potatoes with 70 gr. sugar using a blender.
Whip the cream with the remaining sugar.
Mix half the cream with strawberry puree. Dissolve gelatin in a water bath and pour an equal amount into cream and strawberries.
Pour the cream into half the molds and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then a layer of strawberries and again in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
Serve garnished with a whole strawberry.
