Fill a bag of ready-made jelly with boiling water. Pour the resulting liquid into tall glasses. In order for the jelly to solidify not in an even layer, but in a beautiful diagonal, the glasses must be placed in the refrigerator at an angle.
While the strawberry jelly is solidifying, prepare the curd layer. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream to taste. Grind thoroughly. In a cup, dilute water with gelatin, stir thoroughly and add to the curd.
Put the curd mass on the already slightly frozen strawberry jelly. And again send the glasses to the refrigerator to freeze.
Chop the strawberries. Mix strawberry puree with powdered sugar so that the taste of puree is harmonious, without sugar grains. Put the sweet strawberry puree on the curd layer.
Chopped nuts should be put on an almost finished dessert. Put strawberries on top of the nuts, you can whole or cut into pieces.
