Beat the strawberries in a mashed blender.

2. Stage

Add sugar and egg. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

3. Stage

Pour the vanilla flour into the strawberries and beat with a mixer again.

4. Stage

Bring the milk to a boil, then add the strawberry mixture and simmer constantly stirring until the cream thickens.

5. Stage

Remove the cream from the heat and add the butter, mix until it dissolves.

Transfer the cream into a container in which you will store and cool.
