How to cook deliciously - Sticky Peking pork ribs
1 . Stage
Take lean pork ribs. Wash and dry them and take off the skin.

Slice the ribs into portions.

Prepare all the ingredients for the marinade.

Mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, badian and chili. Taste the marinade for salt and add more if necessary.

Set aside 3 tbsp. of marinade, we will need them a little later. Put the ribs in a bowl, pour the marinade and mix well. It is better to leave the ribs to marinate overnight, but if there is no time, you can prepare now.

Place the ribs tightly in a baking dish. Cover with foil and put in the oven heated to 200°C for 45 minutes.
