Cut the apples into slices and remove the seeds. Rinse the cornel and remove the stalks.
Put apples and dogwood in a sterile jar. Pour boiling water, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the water from the jar into the pan, bring to a boil and add sugar, if necessary add a little water. Bring the syrup to a boil.
Pour apples with cornel syrup and roll. Turn the lid down and cover with a blanket until it cools completely.
