Soak beans in cold water overnight. Then boil until cooked.
Pass the beans through a small meat grinder and fry in a dry frying pan, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden.
After frying, the beans will look like powder. Add sesame, salt and sugar to it, mix well.
Knead the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, melt the butter and mix with vegetable. Mix milk with butter, add salt, sugar, gradually introduce flour. Knead the dough and set aside for an hour.
Divide the dough into 8 parts, flatten a little with your hands and lay out the filling. Pinch the dough and make balls.
Put the buns in a double boiler with the seam down. Cook for 20 minutes.
