Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Combine cheese and seasonings in a small bowl. Cut the meat into pieces and mix with half the cheese. Put the meat in a baking dish.
In a small saucepan, fry the green onions in butter until soft. Add flour, then add milk all at once. Simmer, stirring occasionally. Add spinach.
Spinach over chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
