Combine all ingredients for dressing.
Coarsely chop the spinach.
Divide the orange into slices, remove the film from them and cut.
Put the spinach on a plate, on top of an orange and chopped salmon.
Finely chop the onion and sprinkle the salad on top.
Cut the almonds with a knife and sprinkle on the salad.
Top all with dressing, garnish with radish sprouts and serve.
