Dissolve the sourdough in milk.

Melt butter, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, egg. Stir everything well.

Raisins are washed, scalded with boiling water and dried on a napkin.

Pour the stew with milk in a bowl, add the kefir, a little flour. Stir. Add the egg-sugar mixture, spices to taste, raisins and flour. Knead the dough. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
