Cooking
1 . Stage
Dissolve the sourdough in milk.

2 . Stage
Melt butter, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, egg. Stir everything well.

3 . Stage
Raisins are washed, scalded with boiling water and dried on a napkin.

4 . Stage
Pour the stew with milk in a bowl, add the kefir, a little flour. Stir. Add the egg-sugar mixture, spices to taste, raisins and flour. Knead the dough. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

5 . Stage
Form rolls of any shape from the dough, put the rolls on a greased baking pan. Let them rise for another 10 minutes. Grease with egg and sprinkle with sugar.

6 . Stage
Bake the buns in the oven at 200 degrees.
