In a small bowl, mix paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme and mix in olive oil, let it brew for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover the frypot with foil. Fry the meat in a pan.
Place the meat in a roasting pan and coat on all sides with a spicy mixture. Cook for an hour.
